But UGH! NO! You hate it? It doesn’t fit? Regret your impulse late night purchase? OR even worse…it’s FAULTY. No stress.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
- Get in touch with us at contact@misskooky.com
- Then send it back unworn, in it’s OG (original) condition, wrapped in that pretty tissue paper, with the packing slip within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. The choice is yours. Yass qween!

- Unfortunately, returned shipping costs will have to be covered by you.
- Except if the garment is faulty. Then we got you gurl. Keep the postage receipt as proof and we will refund the shipping. Happy days!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- Once we have received your return we will email to notify you that it has arrived safe and sound. We will also let you know if everything looks A-OK for a refund or store credit.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- There is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If it still hasn't shown up in your bank account after 5 working days please contact us at contact@misskooky.com
